Is this ADHD test accurate?
It uses the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1), a validated screening instrument. A screener is good at flagging when ADHD is worth investigating, but it cannot diagnose — only a qualified clinician can do that after a full assessment.
Can an online test diagnose ADHD?
No. No online test can diagnose ADHD. This tool screens for symptoms and tells you whether a formal assessment is worth pursuing. Take your result to a GP, psychiatrist, or specialist ADHD service.
Is my data saved?
No. The questions are scored entirely in your browser. We don’t store your answers or your result, and there’s no sign-up.
I scored high — what should I do next?
A high score is a reason to seek a professional assessment, not a diagnosis in itself. Many adults also find ADHD coaching helps them build systems that work with their brain — and some go on to train as coaches themselves.
