Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nurtured Coach and enrolment in our certification programmes. By applying you agree to them.

The programme. Nurtured Coach provides self-paced coaching certification training. Completion leads to assessment for admission to the public Register of The Spectrum Council, an independent body. Admission to the Register is decided by the Council, not by Nurtured Coach.

Fees and refunds. The enrolment fee is £77 (reduced from £392) and includes the bonus materials described at checkout. You may request a full refund within 30 days of enrolment, no questions asked — provided you have not attempted the final accreditation exam. The full curriculum is open from day one and you may sit the exam whenever you like, so attempting the final exam counts as completing the programme and ends your refund eligibility.

Scope. Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment. Our training prepares you to coach within a defined scope of practice and to refer onward where appropriate.
