Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us when you apply (your name, email, pathway and your answers) and basic analytics to understand how people find us.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising. We use your email to communicate about your application and enrolment. We do not sell your data.

Our free self-tests and the reasonable adjustments letter builder do not load the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. Test answers and letter text stay in your browser and are not sent to us. We count anonymous visits and whether a test was started and finished. If you ask us to email you a guide, we receive your email address only.

If you are admitted to the Register, The Spectrum Council holds a separate public record. Learn more at The Spectrum Council.
